This excellent sparkling wine is made from 80% chardonnay and 20% plavac yellow. Aged on yeast for 3 years. The grapes are from a limited area of ‘diplomatic’ vineyard where diplomatic harvests are held. Annual production of circa 4000 bottles.
You can find the aromas of bread crust and buttery notes. And it gives a month full, rich and complex taste and full body. Extremely harmonious, balanced, and long retro taste.
