Out of the several vintages of Tomac Amfora Rajnski Rizling, this latest edition is wonderful. It’s macerated for 6 months in amphora and aged for 12 months in 2000L large oak casks. There’s plenty of orange peel, fresh apricot, chestnut, and earthy flavors. This full-bodied wine gives round and refined tannins and generous acidity.
