Testament winery is located in the wine-growing region of Northern Dalmatia, in the immediate vicinity of Šibenik. They are specialised in growing indigenous Croatian varieties in an organic way.
This organic red is made from Babić, harvested manually and fermented with skins for 7 days. It underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation and was then aged in stainless steel tanks to prolog the fruitiness and freshness. The result is a fruit forward, tannic and medium bodied vibrant red with a dark ruby colour and aromas of red cherries and Dalmatian herbs.
The vintage 2016 was awarded the Decanter Gold.
