Skerlj vineyards cover just about two hectares hidden among the forests of Carso, NE Italy.
Vitovska 2017 is a natural orange wine with only 2000 bottles made. The wine is made with 2 weeks of maceration without temperature control and is matured for 24 months in old wooden barrels.
On the nose flint, soft pétrol and flowers. On the palate good structure and acidity, pleasant bitterness and soft tannins. A salty minerality and a fresh finish.
Amazing with Mediterranean and Japanese food.
