A very, very interesting Serbian natural orange wine coming from Fruška Gora, mountain in Northern Serbia, just next to Danube river.
This wine is a result of 3 consecutive spontaneous fermentations with 3 cumulative years of maceration (Furmint '16 + Mezes Feher '17 + Muscat '18) with the blend of Riesling and Bakator being used as the starter for fermentation.
No filtration and total SO2 under 40mg/l. Some eucalyptus notes on the nose with an herbal trace of hay, honeycomb, dried stone fruit, almond, orange peel. Intense with a long rich aftertaste.
