This is a biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc coming from Štajerska. The wine was made with 36h of skin contact with natural sedimentation and fermentation in stainless steel with wild yeast. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 6 months on fine yeast, and then hand-bottled.
This succulent and grassy Sauvignon Blanc falls on the opposite side of the spectrum from the citrus-intense New Zealand Sauvignons. It’s dry, floral and crisp and goes great with Asian food.
