A natural Riesling orange Pet Nat coming from Štajerska - the extreme northeastern portion of Slovenia (near the borders with Austria and Hungary). Medium-bodied, super dry, with yeasty and bready notes and a nice citrusy tang to it. 22 days of maceration and no SO2 added whatsoever.
