Biodynamic white made in a traditional way - spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, 24 hours of maceration without the addition of industrial yeast or any intervention. Made with natural malolactic fermentation and affination on lees for 10 months with very low sulphites. Made from Malvazija, a simple indigenous grape, and made into a cosy and elegant wine that is expressive of its terroir. This is a medium bodied, crisp and complex white wine.
