Slovenian biodynamic orange wine made from Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) variety with 30 days of maceration in 2.400 l conoidal oak barrels. The wine was then aged for 24 months in 225 l French oak barrels and an additional 6 months after bottling. Kabaj Rebula 2016 possesses fantastic aromas of dried orange peels, yellow flowers, and honey with a solid acidity that make it refined and balanced.
