
The grapes were harvested by hand at the beginning of September and underwent 15 days of maceration. Made with indigenous yeast and non filtered, this beautiful wine was aged for 24 months in 225 l oak barrels (French oak) and additional 6 months in the bottles. Due to a long maceration, it has a beautiful butterscotch color. Tannic and mineral with aromas of orange peels, apricot, and oak in the back.
