This is a dry rosé sparkling wine coming from the appellation of Bizeljsko-Sremič. made from 100% Pinot Noir with at least 36 months of bottle fermentation. The Pinot Noir gives the wine a full flavor and a fine scent of raspberries. The long bottle fermentation ensures a harmonious full flavor with aromas of red fruit and biscuit making the wine very suitable as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to the most diverse dishes.
