Gordia is an indigenous name for the area above Ankaran, where Andrej Čep has a restaurant has the same name.They have about 3.5 hectares of vineyards. All wines are produced with native yeasts and without the use of oenological products, apart from sulphur.
The wine was macerated for 35 days and aged for 36 months in vintage oak barrels.
Ruby red with an intense smell - very ripe black fruits, with aromas of earth and dry spices. Dry, with lots of tannins, full body, high acidity and long aftertaste.
