This biodynamic Chardonnay comes from Vipava. The harvest is done by hand and the grapes undergo a spontaneous fermentation, with no yeast added. Half is pressed after short maceration, the other half after macerating for 2-4 days.
The wine has a straw-yellow colour with shades of gold. On the nose there are aromas of tropical fruit, mango, butter and herbs. On the palate it is dense, creamy, pleasantly fresh. This is a full bodied white with some wood notes.
