The natural conditions allowed the grapes to be enriched with noble rot, ie botrytis, which is not the most characteristic of the places that are at the crossroads of the Mediterranean and continental subalpine climate.
The wine is suitable for drinking today. However, it can be matured until 2040 - 2045.
All wine needs is taking time in good company.
