Biodynamic white made in the Vipava region from 100% Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) grape variety. Grapes and skins were fermented together in open vat barrels at an uncontrolled temperature and without the addition of selected yeast and aged in Slovenian oak barrels. Delicious and easy drinking biodynamic with rich aromas of baked pears and apples and some vanilla towards the finish.
