
Following the Vipava valley tradition, Pinela is macerated at an unregulated temperature for 2 days and fermented with its own naturally occurring yeast. It matured for 24 months in large Slovenian oak barrels. This Pinela is made from 40 year old wines and its ageing potential is 15-20 years.
Light colour, clean and salty with a light spicy touch, good balance and a lot of length - gourmet wine.
