This biodynamic Slovenian skin contact wine is a cuvée of seven different varieties - Pinela 40%, Chardonnay 20%, Malvazija 20%, Rebula 10%, Welschriesling 7%, Zelen 2%, Vitovska 1%. Different varieties were macerated between one day and five days, but ultimately they were all aged for 36 months in Slovenian oak barrels. So complex and yet so drinkable. Definitely a gastronomical wine.
The aging potential for this wine is between 20 to 25 years.
