Tomac Pet Nat is made from Graševina and Pinot Blanc from a vineyard with complete natural and biodynamic handling. Very refreshing notes of tree fruits - grapefruit, lemon, green apple, and citrus - and a balanced trace of yeast. Works great as an aperitif, but not as a dessert wine.
In addition to the wine, this package contains a selection of our top three hard aged cheese (cow, sheep and goat), organic dried figs, Bella di Cerignola olives in signature Fabus marinade and a pack of sliced Croatian prosciutto (the only ingredients being sea salt and meat). Delicious!
