This "not to be missed" biodynamic Rosé from Vipava, Slovenia has a rich and complex fruity taste combined with a silky texture. Done more in the amber style than purist rosé, it leads with a huge bouquet of fragrant roses, dried orange peel, and honey. This is a simply beautiful rose that can actually age. Off-dry, fruity, fresh, smooth, and well balanced.
