This Pinot Grigio, called "Sialis", after its Cru with vines more than 70 years old, comes from a biodynamic Terpin winery on the border of Italy and Slovenia. The wine is fermented on its skins for 14 days and is then matured for 2.5 years in barrique barrels. Intense color, almost like a rose at first sight. Very complex and rich nose with strong cognac and earthy notes.
The winery is dedicated to a 100% natural production: without insecticides, herbicides and fertilizers, in pristine conditions, away from daily mixing and pollution. The making of skin contact (orange) wines started in 2005: wines are fermented with skin and wild yeasts, bottled according to lunar phases and without filtration.
