Made by Joško Gravner, one of the key figures in the modern-day amber/orange/macerated wine movement. The grapes were hand-picked, destemmed, crushed and macerated in qvevri for 6 months with no temperature control. Afterwards the skins were removed and the wine was left for further 6 months in qvevri and then aged in oak barrels, after which it was bottled unfiltered and unfined, with a small amount of sulphites added.
