Marany, or translated from the Georgian "Garden of Amphoras", is a new label from the cellar of the Tomac family. Curious and playful as the wine is, the winemaker did not want to reveal the exact varieties in the mentioned Cuvee. It is an orange wine from biodynamic cultivation, which was macerated in amphorae for four weeks and then in an oak barrel.
The wine has a beautiful amber color. The aromas of roses stand out clearly on the nose, with aromas of eucalyptus, ripe apples, dried stone fruit, and honey. On the palate it’s energetic, fresh, and elegant, with gentle tannins and pleasant minerality. A masterpiece.
