Roxanich makes natural wines from both indigenous and internationally recognized grape varieties, all in accordance with the highest environmental standards, growing grapes using traditional methods with crop control and minimal intervention. In the winery, mechanical and chemical intervention is excluded.
Unusual yet conservative, the Roxanich Mirna is an exciting counterpoint to the traditional Sauvignon Blanc. It is an adventurous taste experience, quiet on one side with a long and rich finish on the other. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, the Mirna is macerated for a few days only.
The name on the label is dedicated to Mirna, Istria’s longest river which passes beneath the Roxanich Winery in Motovun and flows into the Adriatic Sea.
