Located at De Clercqstraat 105H in Amsterdam West, Winebar Fabus offers tasty food, fine wine, and a good atmosphere. We believe in what we serve, and that is honest food and wine. Good quality food and carefully chosen selection of wine, with an "Out of Ordinary" hint.

We keep the majority of our wine selection as natural, organic, and biodynamic, but we cannot rule out some great wines made in a classic way by family vineyards in Europe, with an interesting selection from Eastern Europe. Nevertheless, we believe wine is to drink and enjoy!

Feeling part of the local small business community, we work with the ones that share the same philosophy. We promote good food from artisans, and we aim to get our food ingredients from local small businesses. Also, our carefully selected cured meats that bring the experience of the selected finest products with a long tradition from Croatia should surely not be missed.
